I apologize for my delay in thanking all of you....I've been hit by a Mack truck of a virus, so generously shared by my husband to me....
THANK-YOU each and everyone for the links and the suggestions! I was able to purchase just this morning via eBay the booklet that you need to complete the pattern, as ShirlinAZ cautions that the pattern links say you need the booklet for assembly instructions. OMGOODNESS ManiacQuilter2 your quilt is GORGEOUS!!! trolleystation is so very right, how wonderful this group is in helping and sharing! Heartfelt warm (((HUGS))) to everyone that took the time to help me in identifying this pattern. |
This seems like a great quilt to make.

To me it looks like the Garden Twist or Lover's Knot quilt pattern that I used for a wedding gift for my son and his fiancé. Needless to say that since she called the wedding off a month before the wedding, she did not get the quilt. I did, however, finish the quilt but it became the raffle quilt for my church's harvest fair, as no one in my family wanted it, and it was raffled off with the money put to good use for my church. A couple members of my quilt guild suggested that I call the quilt "Lover's Not", but I didn't. I believe Keepsake Quilting still carries that pattern in their catalog.

Patterns are reinvented all the time in magazines and pattern. To me, it is called a GARDEN TWIST. This was my Garden Twist that was a Queen size.

I hope y'all read the insert on the pattern. Says you need the real pattern to complete the quilt. Good luck! It is beautiful!

I just finished this Garden Twist quilt. I love it. After you get the hang of the layout it goes fairly quickly. I didn't do the elaborate border though. My book just showed the main fabric border. Now to find backing and get it to the LAQ. I'm ready to do another one. Yes, there are two main blocks.
