I've seen that as Indian Hatchet.

It's similar to Indian Hatchet but not quite the same. I love old quilts- that Irish Chain on the left is so pretty

Just losing the Block libraries in EQ, I looked up all the blocks everyone has guessed that it is.

To me the closest two are the Lozenze block, which has the center different color as too wide of a piece and the Indian Hatchet which has the inside color as too skinny. Of course, A lot of people used templates back then and the template size could have been off a bit.

I, too know the pattern as Indian Hatchet.

I've seen it before as Lozenges.
