Ahhh yes my quilt inspectors are always ready to help me, I have 3 that my husband brought home from a job site almost 3 years ago, they love fabric as much as I do.

I agree with everyone else--remove the binding and reattach it. I like the yellow color and would try to get that color if you need to replace the binding. The quilt is beautiful and deserves to be fixed and enjoyed.
