Not true. You most certainly can QAYG a bargello quilt. ;-)

But I wouldn't do QAYG with the Minkie backing on really large pieces. For blocks, however, it should be no problem.

I just finished a QAYG Bargello. Instead of dividing it into 3 parallel sections, I divided it into 3 diagonal sections. I've never sewn with Minkie, so I don't know how that would handle.
