I introduced an 88 year old to digital photo processing, using a computer and Photoshop and he is doing fantastic things with it - has been - for the last 5 years, and doesn't look like stopping. He's 93 now and is very knowledgeable about RAW format etc.- so I think it depends on your interest.

You CAN teach an old dog new tricks. And you can even teach an old lady new tricks. If you can read and follow directions, you can do anything. Yesterday I transferred all my computer stuff from the old computer to the new computer with an "easy transfer cable". I am going to be 70 Sunday, and am an independent cuss. I refuse to pay someone to do something that I am totally capable of doing myself. As far as the quilting part, just take your time and don't try to do a mariners compass for your first project, stick to something simple for a few projects. Good luck and have fun!!!!!
