I LOVE Hobby Lobby!!! I have bought several pieces of fabric there and have not had any problems.

Their background music is pretty awesome too!

I also love Hobby Lobby fabric and everything else. Best place to shop for home decor and seasonal decor.

I still want to know why they don't use a computerized system. You have to watch very carefully to get your sale items.

I like shopping at HL and I do enjoy the fact that it is Christian based. I like the music played in it and the Christian merchandise that can be found scattered throughout the various departments (ie Christian stamps, VBS crafts, nativity Christmas stuff (not just Santa/snowmen), Easter crosses (not just bunnies), etc.). As you mentioned, the fabric selection can be limited at times, but when I'm in there shopping, I can usually find something that works for me. I think the quality is good - not LQS quality, but it's good enough for me to use without worry.

I completely agree! I was so happy when I moved South and found Hobby Lobby.

I live in Virginia the bible state as so many businesses are closed on Sunday or open after church. I am happy that the state is this way. However, we do not have a Hobby Lobby and I miss it so much. I moved here 1 1/2 years ago from a state that had one. I lived there 20 years. I am having withdrawal. I wonder why we do not have one?

No complaints against Hobby Lobby, love their products, decor, fabrics, sales, and clearance.

I will continue shopping there too, including with their fabric department and purchasing their quilting supplies.

And Welcome to South Texas, we have (2) Hobby Lobby stores in my demographic area and it is well supplied.

We don't have a HL here in P.C. Fl. but I think that if all stores closed on Sun. it would be good for family life and also holidays. Yrs ago stores were closed and if you forgot something for a holiday dinner you went w/o and guess what we didn't die. It's nice their open but I think it's at the expense of family life. Just my opinion. Sue

I so agree with you. If we forgot something we could usually ask a neighbor or substitute something for whatever we forgot. Neighbors do not cook like we use to, fast food is fake food, meat is not real, and is their idea of a family dinner. I still cook from scratch and most of the neighbors love the the smells from my house. Our generation will always rule. Sunday's are for family, and just a quiet day we need to regroup for the week. Stop and smell the flowers, the fresh cut grass, listen to the morning birds.....oh! listen, shhhhhh, did you hear the children playing and laughing outside?

One recently opened in our area will check it out, really respect closing on Sunday. We also keep the Sabbath, is a renewal.
