I recently emailed Hoffman Fabrics to let them know how disappointed I was that a Bali Pop I purchased about a year ago was anything but straight and thus, not usable for the project I planned for it. I had used Bali Pops before and never had had a problem. I expected a return email expressing their concern but was extremely pleased when I received not only a very sincere apology but also the offer to replace the Bali Pop! Needless to say, they have retained a very satisfied customer.

Nice to know when a company stands behind their products.

I use to do business with them and they are a quality company with a very helpful staff. If ever anyone is bisiting in So Calif, call them up to see if you can take a tour. The warehouse is fascinating......
