depends on who needs a quilt next and what fabric I have available :-). Those two thoughts narrow the choices down quite a bit.

I don't ever seem to have this problem because I usually have 3 - 4 projects going at one time and when one gets finished, something else just seems to magically take its place. Looking at all the beautiful quilts here is my downfall.

This is the time of year I start thinking about my fall/holiday projects!

Throw all the patterns up the stairs. The one landing nearest the top is the next one to do. I had a professor in college who did that with the quizzes. The students who landed nearest the top steps got A's and the ones that failed to make it up the steps or past the first step got an F. No joke!

I was just in the same situation. then remembered I had some precut kaliedescope blocks, so I started sewing right away. No planning, no cutting! That was nice. Next time, I'll try having my furbaby decide for me.

Choose 2 of your favorite ones and start them both.

I'm generally not dilatory. If there are five or six patterns, just choose one and do a different one next time.

Aren't the members of this board creative in solving problems? I'm usually in th position of looking at a stack of UFO's, but if something else lights a fire under me, my near-sightnedness can usually make the UFO's disappear.
