i was thinking ties for dresses {around waist} but if there's more than 2...who knows...
looks like there's some good "i spy" stuff there!

I would cut off the ends and the sides just enough that they weren't sewn anymore. Looks like some good fabrics there! Purse handles perhaps?

Those look like neck coolers. I would cut the ends off, and rotory cut the seams open.

wow.....I have all those fabrics in my stash!!!! usually I see one or two fabrics in someones stash that I can call ''mine'' but not this time.....have fun whatever you do!!

Draft-dodgers, for doors or windows? I agree with others, rotary cut away the seam and use the remainder for strips or blocks.

For speed, I would stack those babies up ( a few at a time) with edges lined up, and rotary cut the seam off and the fold too, and make 2.5" strips for one of the many jelly roll patterns!
