Enjoyed all the answers! My year has been different as I taught 12 classes at my LQS on free-motion quilting. Was fun to help all the ladies "believe in themselves, that they can do quilting". And then in Oct. I got a longarm, Gammil Statler, which has been boggling my mind ever since. I have been able to slowly accumulate knowledge on how to operate and use it. I love all kinds of quilts and styles of quilting. I tell myself to slow down, enjoy the process and don't count the number you finish. I have 7 quilts of my mothers from the 70's through to the 90's to quilt-ones she hand pieced and ones she machine pieced, each very different and unique. Challenging, and makes me realize that you can create SO many quilts over the years without even keeping any thought of the count.[ATTACH=CONFIG]454070[/ATTACH] I enjoyed a round robin quilt this past year from friends here on the board. I am making a red and pink "Paris inspired" quilt now with a fun twist on the block-I'll post a picture of it here. Have a wonderful new year and upcoming days!!
