I have no kits....but a bag full of new material just waiting to be planned and cut. I prefer to plan on paper and then go to the cutting board.

I have 7. My first quilt was a "paperweight" quilt using kite shapes to make octagons.. turned out nice-- and have another kit of the same. My sister got me into quilting and kept sending me quilt kit after quilt kit!!!! She's gotten me hooked. Don't know if I'll live long enough to finish all- haha

I have bought 2 kits when I first started - one was a small wall hanging the other a bed size quilt from Joann's. I am real bad about picking out fabric (color vision) and I like the fact that all is together already for me. I usually have to take someone with me or ask the sales person to help when picking out colors that go together. I am wanting to buy more kits in the future - so much more easier on me.

I only have two, and only because I found them at garage sales for really good prices. I prefer to pick my own colors and block layouts.

I have 7...everything from Christmas kits to fairies to just ones I didn't think I could live without.

Ten that I can see. They, too, were my "SOMEDAY" projects, but my husband said recently, "My dear, I think you had better get busy; you are running out of "somedays". He does have a point.

No kits for me, just patterns that are free, and good ole imagination and inspiration. I like to be a free spirit when creating and threfore kits are too limiting.

None, I've only ever used 2, one was just for the panel in it that I used as backing with matching material. And my first ever machine quilt a year ago. The rest are either patterns or just threw together, but with the fabric I wanted.

I have 10 that I bought as kits and 6 that I cut.

I have a couple--I really like them but they are appliques and I don't have time these days. I too purchase fabric and an occassional kit so that when I retire I'll be all stocked up and ready to go.!
