I have 3 Janomes. Always need a back-up, perish the thought that I should be without a machine to sew or quilt on. LOL

Two, er, make that TOO. Too many that is. I have at least two dozen portables maybe more, including a hand crank and a Featherwieght. But I'm giving some away soon to some of the ladies at church. And 9 (I got rid of several last year) cabinet ones including a treadle. I also have a quilting machine and frame. Only 4 or 5 of them do I use on a regular basis.

My main machine is my Janome 6500 and I have my previous machine my Bernina 830 Record as my backup. I also have my Husqvarna Prelude 350 which I take out to classes, five featherweights, a Brother XL 5232 and a Singer 457 that I use with the 4-H group and a Serger. Although I am machine blessed, I am looking for a Singer 201 or 301, a hand crank and a treadle. I like machines!

right now I have 7- but that could change at any moment- there's always room for one more, right????

I have 13 and a longarm. 3 are treadles; 2 handcranks; 1 serger; 1 emb. machine; 1 longarm and the rest are regular machines. I am downsizing!!

i have 11 sewing machines, a treadle, a serger and 5 toy machines from years ago, maybe a few more in the barn lol
Can't resist a reasonable machine.

I have a 1980's Singer, a gift from my brother, an old White treadle that needs a new belt, my mother's Kenmore, circa 1950, on which she made beautiful garments, and a 1920-30 Singer in a cabinet so pretty I keep it in the living room as a lamp table when not in use. It's a great piecing machine. Two were passed on to others.

I have an early 1990s Singer, a 1914-ish Singer, and a mid-1920s Singer. My grandmother is going into a nursing home so she's giving out her stuff that she can't take with her; I will get a sewing machine. That makes four now.

I really want a hand-crank sewing machine - preferably from the mid-19th century, but if it makes the same chain stitching I don't care about the date. :)

I have two regular machines and a serger. Check to see if you may have a piece of thread in your shuttle or in the shuttle area that is hanging. Mine only had a small lint size piece stuck in the shuttle.

I have a Janome 6600 QC I use for quilting, about 2 years old.
I have a Janome 300E Embroidery machine
A 1920 Singer treadle 66k, the lotus pattern, restored it myself.
A 1956 Singer 99k in cabinet (my favorite machine)
A 1952 221k Featherweight.
A 1954 222k Featherweight, only just got for Christmas, so I havent had a chance to really use her yet.

So that makes 6....not about to get rid of any of them!
