Spare bedroom about 10 X 10. I have a sewing cabinet up against the windows to maximize light. Cutting table is a healthy 50 X 40 with boxes of "stuff" stacked underneath it. One wall has a flanel hanging for a design wall. Ironing board and old dresser for storage against another wall. 4th wall is the closet which doesn't have a floor (well it does - I just haven't seen it in ages), and a small book shelf where I have books and "to do" stuff.

I am very lucky, I have a sewing room at both my homes, for the summer and winter, which my husband either built or remodeled for me.

I can happily say I have 2 sewing rooms. My husband made that his priority when we moved here. I HAVE A LONG ROOM WITH MY MID ARM SEWING MACHINE . Sorry caps lock stuck. Next to that is my office/computer room. It's small. Then I have a big front sewing room. It has windows and I can see outside and squirrels come by to visit and of course my little furbaby Samson has something to say about that??? But I HAVE 2 SMALL "CLOSETS" one has a pick sink and then there's another one with a large four drawer dresser(that's were the felted wool is stashed). I have some shelves and hooks in there, then a shelf above the door that I store a big roll of Warm & Natural batting. I am SO BLESSED. And believe me I'm loving it!

We live in a modular home which is supposed to have 3 bedrooms. Our master is a great size which contains queensize bed, upright piano, large desk and cedar chest. The other two "bedrooms" are so small that if you put a twin bed and chest in, it would be crowded. One of those rooms is my sewing room, which is not big enough, but at least it is all MINE.

I do in my back yard Its not really huge by know means but it works. I have my central treadle and 19 machines that I have allotted for use out there and all I do is swap the machine out and go with it! But I am adding on to the studio, I am building a 1600 sqft addition to it the existing part will be where I will service machines then the downstairs part of the new edition will be for quilting and the upstairs will be for my collection.

I do, It is small and cluttered most of the time. But I seem to know where most of my supplies are.

WOW! That's an awesome space. When I don't have so much clutter I'll take pictures. I collect the old sewing machines too!! Have for many years. They are so cool. Wish they still made some like the old ones. I SEE YOU HAVE A 301. I have that same same one--what a workhorse it is!! I've quilted so many charity quilt's thru the years on that one. Are you a quilter? Pam
