I did not realize until recent years that paying someone to finish a quilt one started, was an option. I do quilt my own quilt tops. Now I realize that many of the masterpieces we see at shows are a team effort.

I quilt my own on my domestic machine. So far, I've only done baby and sofa blankets, and nothing more complicated than straight line quilting. I doubt I will soon have the opportunity to send one to a professional.

Can't afford to send it out so I have to do my own. Nothing fancy though.

I quilt all of mine on a regular sewing machine, no room for a LA.
