I had a lady first show me how to make a log cabin quilt and give me the ins and outs of putting together the rest of it. Since then I've made numerous other log cabin quilts. I also research patterns on the internet and make quilts from these. I've taken a few classes as well.

Self taught - mostley made it up for the first 25 years - then discovered the internet and learned a lot of new techniques!!!

My Husband is going to quilt clases (I couldn't teach him as I KNEW NOTHING!!) - he comes home and tells me how to do it 'properly'!!!
