I have a 25 gallon crock that the cuddle quilts get thrown into. When GK are here--often the some quilts get tossed and one of them curled up in the crock watching TV!

OMG ... Now how original is that, a shower quilt!! Perfect!!

Love the crockery quilt catcher and babysitter!
(thankful not a water trough dragged in from the barnyard!!!!)

Oh E LOL! Yes it was used as a water trough-I rescued it years ago. It's on the 2nd gen of quilt/kid catcher.

It "clamps" the quilts without hurting them, there's a little notch for the binding to set into without getting squished. He calls them "pressure racks"...it's two pieces that clamp the quilt I think is more accurate. :)

Could you show us a picture, please?
That may help us understand what you have!
Thanks!!

I think this is what she means. Note the wood hanger and the knobs. The knobs are on screws--loosen them and the two pieces of wood part leaving a space to tuck the top of the quilt into. I had these made more some of my smaller quilts.

Now I understand what it is. I've seen those type, and often wondered if they'd be great .... or a nuisance, trying to get the quilt in there. Looks like you'd need at least an extra person to help you at the time.

What a FUN quilt! Love it OK!

I love your unique quilt hangers!

I got one of the pressure ones last year for one spot where I keep a wallhanging up as "art".
