Narrow white border and then an eye popping wider one of red or something bright.

Good idea, you know, with all the colors I have been auditioning I never thought of staying with just the white. Then maybe different smaller blocks for cornerstones. Thanks!

I like the white/light sashing best of all. And the added photos of previous quilts are beautiful, too. I particularly like the pinwheel one, what a great quilt! You have wonderful 'leftovers'! If I may ask, what were the finished pinwheels, themselves, so nice.

I vote with Tartan. Use one of the colors already in the blocks (or a shade off) and go with the fun, happy feeling these blocks have. Hope you'll show us when it's done. :-) Nice work so far.

I made a "block of the month" quilt, so each block was different and a different color. I framed each block with a matching or coordinating color, and then put them together with white sashing. My granddaughter said it looked like a quilt show. I really love it.

I would audition a bunch of different colors. You really can't go wrong. Just pick your favorite.

black would look so nice with all those different colors

How fabulous is that !!!!! :)

I like the white...but you could audition other colors easily by hanging different colors (large pcs) on your wall and placing the blocks with spacing between them on the different colors...take pics and see what you like best. Have fun!

My vote is for white. Seems as though I see more white for background color. And I like the idea of highlighting your blocks with it.
