join my club...I get on here and stay for hours...sometimes without saying a word...

Well, I'm just sitting here.........having a pyjama day. Getting up off the couch to throw food at my kid every once in a while. Otherwise, napping, watching yet another repeat of Star Wars* not my choice. Tomorrow I'll get dressed. I think.

What is life if full of care you don't have time to stand and stare? (somewhere in school it was a poem we learned, help me was it by or J. Fellow?}

Isn't that just the truth. We have come into our own these days and our own is the quilting board. Those guys can have their online war games and the girls can have their Facebook, we've got ultimate quilting.

We are in the best of company!

lol...we quilters must all have one common "thread" running through us. Even my quilt friends at church say the same things.

You are expanding your vision, helping your fellow quilters, learning from others and spending time renewing your quilting soul.

Oh, alleyoop1, I like the way that sounds. ...I never did start sewing yesterday. Nor did I stay at the computer, as the kitchen sink quit draining and my husband and I spent the rest of the day with various plumbing snakes and such.

My current thinking is that I will sew when I come home from work. Hmmm, but think of all the messages I will need to read first!! :)

But I need this forum for inspiratioin! I have a HUGE file of pics from this forum showing great quilts I just know I will make someday. I use this forum to learn about color choices. This is the best quilt class!!! I have to be on here...a lot!!!
