As the mom of 2 active duty military guys, I want to thank your precious BIL for his service. Thank you for making something comforting for him, as well. No one knows what kind of traumas these guys go through, and the news media wants to keep it secret. Praying that we will pull out of the middle east and just let them deal with their own issues.

As a mother of one military son(US NAVY), a former Air Force daughter and hubby and my self (former (US Navy) please tell your brother-in-law that we thank him for his service and we will never forget!

Thank your for honoring one of America's heroes. Please tell him that a grateful America says thanks. We can never repay our service men and women for the sacrifices they make to protect us and keep us free. God Bless your BIL and his family.

Bless you for your gift to him and please tell him thank you for his great sacrifice. With out men like him we would not be free.

We must never forget that freedom doesn't come free. There will always be a price for freedom. God Bless your BIL! Words will never adequately express the debt this nation (and all its people) owe to those who fight for our freedom all around the world.

Remember them in your prayers, always!

So sorry to hear about your BIL getting injured and blind in Afghanistan. So nice of you to make a quilt, it does lift their spirits. Prayers to the family.

I couldn't say it better than Jeanette did! Hugssss for your BIL, his family and extras for you for making him the comfort quilt. If you get a chance, we'd still love to see a photo of it.
