LOL I wouldn't feel too badly Pam, Everyone is buying those blades like crazy but I have yet to hear a report if they last as long, work as well and don't damage self healing mats because they are made to cut carpet. Seems our little QB run on the store made them out of stock on line and almost all locations. They are currently on backorder. I'm not dissing a good deal if these blades are in fact a good deal. But if they don't last as long or damage the self healing mats you may not have paid too much after all

You got a great value. Olfa blades are quality blades. I would certainly not pass them up for HF blades just to save a few dollars.

You got a GREAT deal...olfa 2 packs here are anywhere from 12.00 and up depending if it's walmart or lqs!

No... that's a Great Deal and a quality product, I have a nearby Harbor Freight and will stop in one day to check them out, maybe some in stock, bet their buyers flippin out, and the carpet guys too, wondering what just happened!! :) Have a couple still in the package so no need to shop. mine are 28mm think the ones above are 45mm
Happy Quilting :)

The ones at Harbor Freight are called carpet blades.

You got a great DEAL!. especially for Olfa blades. We could spend our entire day looking for that better deal here on line. But I myself prefer to get some quilting done instead.

$1.60 a blade is hardly overpaying. especially since no one knows yet how well the harbor freight carpet blades hold up. or even what cutters they fit. from what i read in that post, i seem to recall that there was only one cutter that was tested so far.

I bought some HF blades on Thursday I think I have been using them since and so far they have not hurt my mat (I used and old mat just in case) They seem to be holding up well Our store here is new and not many people shop there yet so they had a lot of blades in stock. I have tried them in all three of my cutters the Olfa, Fiskars, and the Martelli they seem to fit in all three
