My current blade is getting a little worn and I think I only have one new one left so I went shopping on eBAY and bid on 2 auctions for 20 blades each. I won both of them and got 40 blades for a total of $64.05!!!
That ought to keep me in stitches for a long time! |
Someone on here said they get theirs at Harbor Freight or Northern Tools and they were much less expensive. I've looked for the post but I can't get it back. Evidently they use them for installing carpet or something. My DH looked at Harbor Freight and said he couldn't find them. Hope she sees this post!

I saw that post. I have no idea what those stores are, never heard of them. Still think I got a good deal, that's about $1.60 per blade.

The original post is named "Rotor Blades". Sorry, but I don't know how to add the link to it in this message. Use the "Search" feature above to find it.

They're $1.49 for 2 blades at Harbor Freight. They're called rotary carpet blades.

I'm going to have to check that out. Harbor Freight has coupons to get these really cool little LED flashlights for free and getting some new rotary cutting blades will give me a reason to be in a tool store!
Pam, I bet you didn't figure you were going to win both of the auctions! For sure you will be all set for a lifetime! :D |
I got mine at Harbor Freight for $1.49 plus tax a package and two blades per.

I did want to win both of them. Tired of buying blades and I wanted to get a good supply.
And uh... thanks for pointing out that I paid too much. :-P |
