Please don't let buyers remorse spoil your joy.
You are still working, pay on that baby and think of the years of enjoyment you will have with your Machine.
:-D :-D

With prices going up, you saved money buying that machine today. Tomorrow it will cost more. Happy Sewing ;)

When I lost my job I had my Viking 835 in lay away at Joanns. A friend gave money as a Christmas gift towards it. When I got my severence pay, I paid most of my bills off but kept money out to pay off my new machine and get it out of lay away. I did feel guilty, but thought, I worked for years and I want to spend a little money on myself. I love my machine and do not regret getting it.Intead of guilt feeling, just think of how many beautiful gifts you will be making on your new machine! Hugs!!!!

You did not do a bad thing. You are just having buyer's remorse. (I bet you have that after any large purchase.)

So, just use that machine, enjoy it, you deserve it.

You did it, now enjoy it.

Good for you!!!!!!!!! We tend to neglect ourselves and take care of everyone else. You have worked all your life and it is time for you to "just do it". I'm proud of you. ENJOY IT!!!!!!!

You did not do anything wrong. We work all our lives and can't take it with us we leave. So you enjoy!

As you said, you are preparing the house for your retirement...this is for your retirement..

Life's too short. Enjoy.

As Sharon C said life is too short live and enjoy your new machine. If you have worked your entire life and not had any major purchases for just yourself you deserve it. I plan on buying stuff for myself whether I need it or not, I have to pay for it so I should be able to do what I want with my money. Have my eye on two FW's at the present. If I ever get my sewing room added to the house I plan on buying a long arm. If I had the money right now there was one advertised in Tioga, nD for 1500$. But I don't so couldn't buy it.
