if you really don't like them I would use the 8 blocks - long arrangement. two wide and 4 long. Add some borders and give it to a worthy cause. Can add widder borders on the sides and narrow ones on the top. Make it workd for a throw. finish it up and get it out of your sight.

How about a couple of quilted prayer shawls :?:  I made one with 3 blocks and additional fabric. You could make 2, 4 block prayer shawls. Something that generous, the person will only see the love not the the fact that your original purpose was something else. :XD:

I love your blocks. The blues are so well done. Keep moving them around and maybe you will get inspired about the. Make a few more and turn it into a crib quilt would be my idea. Marvel

I would sew 4 or 5 together and hang long and narrow arross the door opening in a hallway.

using the same pattern but different fabrics, make more blocks. 5 blocks of each fabric set until you have enough for a quilt.

Thank you all for your suggestions!! Once I decide what to do, I'll do it and post pics!

Make a table runner. Use each block separately for a mug rug. Put one on the bib of a plain white or navy blue apron like the ones you an buy in restaurant supply department at Sam's or Costco. Use each block as the side of a tote bag. Sew them together for a table topper. Make a doll quilt. Use one as a throw pillow top. Sew all of them together, put on some wide border and you'll have a nifty quilt for a baby.
