How wonderful! I just bought a machine that turned out to be Centennial model, too - nice little surprise, isn't it? :) My first one.

I hope you'll have a great time sewing with it! :)

Beautiful--looks like she's ready to go!

Yes, it is a nice added surprise. She is in the garage now, aka DH's shop, awaiting her treatment along with her cabinet. Her decals are in good shape but the glaze is a mess and DH feels even a spa treatment will not help much with that. She looks promising and we expect her to work great. The machine has almost all her parts but a spool holder. Do you have yours up and running yet?

Very nice... I have a 1950 model 15 that is electric, which I need to clean up and use! A friend of mine has one like yours-- a treadle. It was her mother's and she remembers her making the clothes she wore to school on it. Wonderful machines! Enjoy!

Almost. The treadle has been in storage for 7 years. The timing is off and it needs some serious cleaning and oiling. DH has her ready in his "shop" for a spa treatment. It is also missing the spool holder pin. He did get her running, using a small screw driver to hold the spool of tread in place. She doesn't run smooth, timing is off and she skips stitches. But he feels confident he can fix it.
