This is for maybe starting to sell some to 2 of my friends that have businesses and want some quilts and blankets.

I am shopping at MSCO and though I would like to go to JoAnn's too, MSCO has some good prices on yardage, most less than $10 on name brand so I just can't bring myself to go to JoAnn's and spend almost the same on a little lower quaility. What would you do?

Have you ever looked at Connecting Threads? I love their stuff! And they're having a little sale now.

I would go for the quality of the fabric. I would not like to spend my money then to find out the quality of the fabric is poop.

Sorry about that, slip of my finger on the computer. I meant to say the quality of the fabric is poor. lol

I like your first choice word for bad quality fabric. LOL

BUDGET? What's a budget? And especially when it comes to my quilting - my dh knows better than to set limits on my quilting addiction!! LOL!! I don't set any limits on his tools and toys!

Not a strict budget, we just discuss purchases over $100 before we buy. And thanks sandybeach for the link, I will check it out.

What would I do? Me? I'd buy what I needed (or wanted badly) and let hubby eat canned chicken noodle soup for one meal a week.

I love thousandofbolts. Have only had one experience where the wrong fabric was sent, but they let me keep it and sent the right one to me. If you know the name of the company, you know the fabric is good quality, at least that is what I have always gone by. Thousands doesn't have the newest lines but their prices are fabulous!!Have fun.
