I need opinions...
 

After my husband saw my latest creation, he suggested a toothy smile for a mouth. He said the circle "mouth" looks like a nose. What do you think? No mouth, toothy grin, or a smile.

I prefer the bottom picture, although I do think the original is really cute too

I like the bottom one, but I think you should consider adding a cute, comical hat.

I like no mouth, then the smile. What about a smaller mouth, making a "moue?" Not sure that's spelled right. Is this a gift or for you? You could always put velcro on the backs and make interchangeable mouths depending on the mood of the day ;)

I love the first and last ones. The first one does look like a nose but I love it anyway.

Sometimes hubbies are right. If an octopus is going to have cheeks and a nose, why not give him teeth as well? LOL

The second one reminds me more of a Jack-O-Lantern. I like the third one best.

Thank you for your help...I went with the minority and put the toothy grin on it. My DH was a little hurt I asked for a second opinion. I figured the gift is from both of us so he deserves to have an input! Thank you for your help! I'm also considering a hat that someone suggested...

I don't like the toothy mouth. It actually looks creepy to me. I like it without the mouth just fine but if you are concerned, the plain smile is also cute. The first one, without the mouth, is more anatomically correct! ;)

I like the second one but I think that if you were to make the mouth an "0" instead of a dot it would work. Especially if it is a pin cushion.

Too cute I like the last one but you could embroider the teeth in cream or white floss.
