I just got on the QB I had a beauty shop appointment at 7 am then stopped by grocery store . I was completely out of everything. If I dont stay too long here I am going to make chili. I make enough for several days. Just had to find out what has been going on while I was out.

I, also, must discipline myself. I have the second load of laundry in, the dishwasher unloaded, and the last of my Christmas deco in the basement!

It must something in the atmosphere today because I don't keep my normal routine either. I spent 4 hours trimming back shrubbs that were frost hit in a November cold snap. With temps warming to the 70's now the bushes are sprouting again. With that cleaned up I can hardly wait for my new machine to arrive tomorrow and I can play with it!!! :-D :-D :-D

Want to come to my house to get in a little extra will power. I could certaintly use a loaf of bread, I can't bake bread worth a hoot. I also need to strip beds and wash linens. I did several ofther loads but not that today. I woke at 4:00 this morning and got on here, but couldn't really sew at that hour, noisy. in a really quiet house at that hour. I have retraced a pattern on template plastic today, and cut some of the pieces out of fabric though. I hope to finish some more in a few minutes, Right!, lol. |
Got up at 8:45 a.m., showered, got dressed, stopped at ATM on the way to the Oklahoma Winter Quilt Show and spent the day there with two of my Quilt Guild Cronies. Of course, when I got home at 5:00 I had to cook, straighten the house after a day of dh and the fur baby being home alone all day. Tomorrow I'm going to a friend's house to help her rearrange and straighten her sewing/quilting room. That will be the last of my day outings for a while as dh is having knee replacement surgery January 26.

Good job! I'm trying to exercise 20 minutes in the morning before I do any sewing. I know once i get started on the machine, I don't want to leave it all day. Good for you, maybe I'll try to put housework first before internet time. Thanks for the inspiration.

Getting on this website makes me feel I have friends everywhere and it's a wonderful feeling. Everyone is soooo friendly and down to earth, ya'll are awesome, thanks so much for being here and sharing ya'll's wealth of Wisdom with me. I really appreciate it.

As we have visitors coming this weekend I NEED to launder and clean.As I say to my none quilting friends .. wont and need are too completey differant things . They cant understand when I see fabric and say I wont some of that . .comes back .. but you have loads of fabric... Wont and need !!!!!!!!!!!!I rearly listen to them I buy it anyway.
