Hope your back gets better fast!

this is great advice! and i'm so glad to hear that you conquered the pattern the second time. looking forward to pics.

I have kept all my oops , extra orphan blocks and pieces left over from quilts. After Christmas, I'm starting a quilt that I'm calling "everything AND the kitchen sink'. Its gonna be scrappy...and thrifty...and wonky! I even found fabric with a kitchen sink on it! I am thinking of doing it as a sew along...Unbury that braid! It can be the start of something lovely and scrappy!

Pull that purple and white French braid out in about two months. I bet you will be able to look at it then and figure out something for it. I am a big purple fan...BIG purple fan, and I know you can let this purple live. :)
