I agree you should be a writer. I love Bailey's also only I like it on the rocks and will try your recipe. How long does it keep in the frige? I only have it about once a week.

You are funny, creative, definitely in touch with your inner child and recognize your strong points.....please keep writing. You have a talent for it. Thank you for the recipe. I used to make that years ago, now I will have to renew my love for Bailey's.
