Again, thanks for the helpful comments. I am still contemplating what to do. I have put two borders on it since I took the picture, and I just finished the binding. I think I just need to readjust what I thought I would do with the quilt. I made it for my cats, not so that it would look good on the futon , but I did want it to look good on the futon too. :)
My next step is to ask the cats. I am surprised I was able to add a picture. Hope I remember how next time. |
That is such a cute quilt. If the cats don't use it make it a wall hanging. I love your fabric.

Oh, I really like it! It would be great as a basket liner, too, if you have a large basket. My kitties love sleeping in baskets!

You can do the May doll quilt swap, and make a bigger quilt for your cats. Just a thought. God bless. Penny

I think it is just too cute. I agree with CarrieAnn,
line a large basket with it. My cats love to sleep in baskets. I put one by the computer so they can lay close to me. That quilt is a heck of a lot nicer then the polar fleece I used in mine. Use the quilt it is beautiful. |
I have put the quilt in the center of my futon, with a plain color spread beneath it. It looks okay, but I like this basket idea. I may go for that. My cats, however, like the quilt where it is. This afternoon one way lying under it. I told him I made it for him to lie on top of, but he looked at me and said, "You put yours on top of you..."
I will be looking at baskets though. That would be cute. Thanks for all the suggestions. |
