I'm still stopped!! I actually had 2 puffs over last weekend, YUCK my mouth instantly tasted like a wet ashtray smells...grateful I wasn't trying to impress anyone with a quickie kiss, phew! That could have been ugly!

Those two puffs meant the same to you as that pizza and cheesecake I woofed down this past weekend. Trying to get back on track. The scale wasn't nice to me this AM.

YAHOO, so glad it tasted so bad, you will make it :!: There is a saying that "To kiss a smoker is like licking an ashtray." :x Ugh. You are doing so good and if you gain weight :roll: that can be worked on later, right now keep up the good work.
