I've been looking at Judy's patterns but haven't tried them. I love the look of paper pieced quilts done with Batiks. Are her directions generally good and easy to follow?

I have a friend that just finished the blocks for this quilt (king size). Turned out gorgeous, but took almost a year to get this far. I have the pattern, but not sure when/if I'll ever attempt it.

As a rule, I find Judy Niemeyer's directions spot on. Usually Im a big fan. This is my fourth one and I have two more lined up to do.

If you decide to do this just PM me and I will tell you where I had the problem and how I fixed it. It might just be me but there is ALOT of bias going on in these blocks and my first fourth attempts trying to put the square together her way failed miserably.

I have done her wedding ring star and the directions were fine. I now have just a plain wedding ring going but it's been in the the bin lol....I need to make some more arcs...
