Not duncy at all. I am working on one, and somewhere in the middle turned a hst about a quarter turn and completely lost the pattern. Lots and lots of unsewing to do on this one. Put it in the someday pile and will get to it later, much later.

I've done that several times using Thangles! I have a love/hate relationship with them!!

I felt sorry for you until I saw you did it TWICE -- then I just laughed....ROL -- sorry (I'll post my next dumb move and you can laugh at me!)

Sleep always seems to help

Been there, done that.... My worst was way back when I was into making dress shirts for DH. I had a neat pattern that had you fold one side over to make the fron tab and then cut the other side short before folding over to make the facing. Yep, I stitched and cut and ended up with the center front about three inches left of center!

Cut and stitch new ones, toss the "mistakes" in your scrap bag and know that they are fabrics that you liked and will enjoy seeing in a scrap quilt.

Take a break - this happens to everyone. Otherwise put them aside start over, save the wrong ones for another quilt.

I can sympathize with you. One thing quilting has taught me...patience .

Oh, I know how you feel. I have done this too. It is frustrating and leaving the project and watching TV for a while is probably a good thing. You will get it. Just keep quilting :o).

Been there and done that.

I think all of us dunces need a big Ha Rah. Without us doing dumb things, life would be pretty dull. You should have seen me trying to make my DGD a simple jumper last year. After teaching 4-H sewing for 20 years you would think I could have done it with my eyes closed. NOT!! I couldn't believe the mistakes I make on it, but it got done and she loved it.
