Check with the local quilt guild and quilt shops. Many of them sponsor a bus trip. They do the driving and drop you off at the front door. All you have to do is enjoy the show.

Alu, it only costs $10 for the ticket to get in...parking however in $15. Rosemont gets you with it's fees. Water in the show is $2.75-$3. Bring your own....I usually bring an apple, water, sandwich and comfee shoes. and of course my camera, and a big bag to carry my goodies.

I was thinking about going, but wondered if anyone has ever been and if it's worth the 4 hour drive? I'm assuming so, but just wanted people's opinions. :) |
I am very excited about this show! I have never been and am going with a local quilt shop. They have 2 buses filled and we will be leaving from Kalamazoo, MI.

I have gone for the last four years in a row and absolutely LOVED it every time. Be prepared to be overwhelmed. By the way, take good walking shoes--you'll need them!
