I am rearranging my fabric and other sewing "stuff." My husband put 3 bookshelves in my sewing room this morning!!! I only asked for 1, but I am very happy! Also got some sewing to do.

Also it is cold here in Galveston, but not cold like Canada or IN, etc. There is a Mardi Gras that started this weekend in town, so plan to stay off the streets!

It is Now Sunday night hope you got a lot done............. I spend to much time on here, just love it

HAPPY Sewing.

I got a baby quilt pieced on Sat., with almost as much ripping. Then I laid out 2 quilts for sandwiching Sat. night. On Sun I finished quilted the pieced quilt on my machine. The other is a baby panel for hand quilting. I got the binding sewn on the the pieced quilt but I finish my binding by hand so just have that and the label left to do. I still have to find out the baby's name. Then my daughter showed up and wanted to work on her quilt. That lasted a little while. Just glad to see she is finally coming around.

Well, here it is Monday morning and my lovely weekend is just a memory. I got my new grandson's I Spy quilt all cut out- lots of fussy cuts, there was a pile of washed fabric waiting to be ironed, so that is all done now, and I did sit with my DH by the fire for quite a while. And I started a cross stitched birth announcement for Brandon. It was a wonderful weekend- good company (DH and my 3 Golden Retrievers), good food, good wine and a needle in my hand- what more can you ask for.
