I watched the white FWs for several days after I won that bid. They always go way beyond what I can pay. I will keep watching!!!!

I have been dropping major hints about the FW to my hubby and our son, it would make a great Christmas present. Maybe one of these years they will surprise me. Happy you got one, don't forget to name her.

I have my MIL's FW. My poor, expensive electronic super duper machine sits unloved b/c nothing sews like the FW. Enjoy!

Okay these posts are making me curious.Why get a FW?Is it to just start a collection of sewing machines or do you use them? Why are they so special?

I didn't think I'd ever need one. Then the other day when I had my machine set up for FMQ and wanted to sew it dawned on me that a featherweight might come in handy. Also, the only place I have to lay out my quilts is in the basement bedroom. I figured if I had a FW I could piece it right there instead of trying to get everything back to the sewing machine in the correct order. Also, they're just so darned cute. |
