I have both the 6600 and the 350E. I have had nothing but love and wonder for what those machines will do. I have had mine for over 2 years with (knock on wood) no problems whatsovever. The quilt shop who sold both of those to me is no longer in business, but they held classes on both and were a wealth of help. If you buy those, I recommend you buy from a reputable dealer that offers classes. I cannot sing the praises enough. However, I want a long arm. Always some want isn't their.

I purchased the Janome 200E and I love it. The only drawback is the 4x4 hoop. Get a machine with the larger hoop if possible. I have added many qute things to my grandson's shirts and shorts. They look awesome. You will love the 350 E!

My hubby is in trouble, I told him i was dreaming about the new machine last night and I haven't even seen it! LOL |
Hi, I have a Janome 8077, my first Janome, I had 6 Singers which I had always been happy with until the last two. For some reason they didn't last very long.
The Janome I have had for nearly two years, I think. When you get my age times flies so fast that you sometimes miss a year or two. But so far I like my Janome. I have been making quilts on it and it hums right along. I did take it into the machine shop about 6 months ago but I think it was a ID 10 T fault. It has only 30 built in stitches and that includes button hole and I haven't tried that. I don't think my quilts need a button hole. Sorry I can't help you more. I guess you pays your money and takes your chances. Henri |

Hi, I have the Janome MC6500 and the 300E embroidery machines and I love them. I also have the 644D serger. They are great machines. Linda

sorry I can't help. Penny

I bought a Janome 800 when it first came out, about 1985, had 100,00 trouble-free miles on it then had to replace the mother board (it is an embroidery machine) now still use it and love it as much as ever. I also have the Janome 1100 which is an amazing embroidery machine, and a new Janome 6500P which is truly a work horse. I hope these machines will last me forever, but if they don't, I will buy another Janome.
|
I have the 6600 and wouldnt trade it for anything. I have the 300e as well. I actually love this machine. It is a little work horse.
|
I have a Janome 350e and I love it. I also have a Janome MB-4 Both are great embroidery machines.
|
i have a 9000-it is 13 1/2 years old and would love to upgrade to one that has a bigger hoop. haven't sewn on it as much since i got a 6600P last Sept. That one is going to the house up north to sew on when i can't be outside. i love them both. haven't had too many problems with the older one, but it's got lots of miles on it.

I have the Janome 350E and I love it. All my machines are Janome. I wouldn't buy anything else.
|
I have the janome 300, which you can pick up about half the price of the 350. The 300 doesn't have the auto thread trimmer and does not accept a USB. For a savings of over $600 I could handle some thread snippng. My machine works great and with the gigahoop I can do up to 7 x 9. I use Embird and do a lot of my own digitizing.
|
I have the 350E and just love it. It has some really beautiful built in patterns and unlimited ones when you load your own downloaded from the internet. I use the built in's to fancy up guest hand towels.
|
Hi, where do you find the Embird. also I have not been able to get the shoot & store compact flash cards. Do you know of any place that has them.
|
I have the 6500, the 350e, and the Jem. All are great! The 6600 is even better than the 6500 (which I bought a while ago). No complaints about Janomes!
|
I have a Janome 6260 and a Janome6600 and love them both.
The 6600 has the accufeed and tons of stitches that i am learning to use. Not learning as in, it's hard,... learning, as being brave enough to do stuff and remembering to do it. I don't need an embroidery machine, but that's up to the individual. I am happy with the stitches my machine came with. I love applique, so I do that if i want pictures. I love the way the machine is designed and the user friendly manual. You know the saying: if I can understand it...anybody can. |
I have the 6600 and love it! I started with the 760 Gem and it is a workhorse. You can't do any better.

Although I have a large, in cabinet Kenmore, I use the Janomes almost exclusively. |
I have the Janomee 300E machine, have had it for years. It is great!! Does wonderful embroidery and is really a work horse. I understand the only difference for the 350E is it has a thread cutter. If you can afford it, get it, you will not be disappointed. I do consignment so I use my machine a lot. I had the 6600 and loved it, just upgraded to the 7700 which is a great machine also.

I have a Janome 6500 the forerrunner of the 6600 and I really like it. I have had it for almost 8 years.
|
I have the Janome MC6600P and a the Janome 760 Platinum Jem. I love them both. The 760 goes to classes and retreats and the 6600 stays home and lords it over the sewing room. Right now they are both up in the sewing room working on two different projects.
