jelly roll question

I found this jelly roll which has the colors that I need for my DIL. Do you think it has too much red. I have no idea what pattern to use with this jelly roll. I am not a advance quilter.

An idea: put a dark red square in the center, add alight color strip on each side to produce a block. Make one with opposite colors, sew together alternately.

These look like "charm squares" (not a jelly roll). You may wish to search easy charm square patterns online. Charm squares are 5" squares. Jelly rolls are strips that are 2 1/2" wide x WOF (width of fabric). I like the red and you can find nice patterns for 2 colors, which is basically what you have.

The way you have them lauded out it looks like charm squares. Maybe a disappearing four patch. Love the fabrics

It is a jelly roll. I wish it was fat quarters. Is it too much red?

Look on Moda's site or MSQ. They have lots of patterns for precuts.

I didn't buy the fabric yet. It is a jelly roll. It is on CRAFTY. It might have been sold in a charm pack in the past. This was the picture that was shown.
