I used 2 jelly rolls for my queen top, but also needed fabric for my background color and also the borders. It depends on what pattern or blocks you choose?

I'm interested too!

There are several Jelly Roll patterns at Missouri Star. The tutorials are great. I made the Summer in the Park, it turned out great and was easy. http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-111038-1.htm |
The quilts posted in this thread are just beautiful!

I just brought the following books....
Layer Cake, Jelly Roll and Charms Quilts & Two from One Jelly Roill Quilts. Both are by Pam & Nicky Lintott. Great books! |

I made a baby quilt with a jelly roll. I used them like a "rainbow" bargello quilt.

Coventryuk, I did one similar to that called Milky Way from Gudrun Erla's book called Strip On. I hated trying to match those star points! But the quilt came out ok. Love yours and the colors!
