Connecting Threads has great prices on their pre-cuts. If you figure it out, they are really charging the same amount per yard no matter if you are getting pre-cuts or just yardage. They don't have huge selections but if you like what they have you are golden. :D

That pattern was called "Spangled" by Cozy Quilt Designs.
