I called customer service and they were very nice checked and saw for some reason in Nov I stopped everything. So she fixed it. I did look at the mailer online and printed out coupons. Thanks for that suggestions!

I get them regularly but I do use their coupons for notions and home décor fabrics. I don't purchase my quilting fabric from them but there are always other odds and ends I use the coupons for.

Our old store closed and they must have lost a lot of customers names and addresses. I had to fill out
a new application and just one for 3-9-14.
I'm wondering now if moving really was the reason.

We don't have a Joann's Fabric where I live but I get her coupons every week by email.

I get the emails, every now and again I get something in the mail. Few and far between though. Few years ago we had a mail guy under investigation for taking coupon mailers home for himself, figure he's probably my new mail guy.

I used the app I brought up on my phone while in the store this week, but I do occasionally get a flyer. I also live 1 1/2 hrs from them, so I don' t get there often.

I got one this week and one two weeks ago.

I still get mine regularly and I don't buy from them a lot and I haven't been cut off. But I have a neighbor who signed up and she doesn't get hers. She has resigned up online to see if she will start getting them. Try doing that and see. I signed up at Hancock Fabrics and started getting theirs and I then was cut off. My daughter signed up and she gets one in the mail. I even got a new number they scan and still nothing.
