How about neither one? Both are in the quilt background, so they 'bleed' where the border touches the block. I'd use a pretty bright coral if that's the color in the floral blocks.

Make a thin border (finished width = 1/4" to 1/2") of either the cream or the green. Follow with a thicker border (finished width = 1" to 1 1/2"). Then add a wide floral border (finished width = 2" to 5"). I think you'll LOVE the frame this gives the quilt! |
What about a narrow cream border then the green? I would like the way the cream separates the quilt from the border and the green makes it pop!
