I don't know about fishing poles but featherweights dont de- preciate in value!
yes buy it don"t u deserve it? I bet sew.........
i'm new here and this may be a no-no coming in on someone else's question..... but what is so important about the featherweight? i learned to sew on one (yes, they made them that long ago) and i have inherited 2 of them. in terms of quilting, what do they do better than other machines?
go for it-featherweights are great-I have 3 now,lol.
Go for it--these little machines are wonderful.
I have 8 machines and would buy a featherweight in a minute if I had the money right now.
I like my featherweight, and told my husband I use all of my machines. He doesn't use all of his tools, so I told him when he passes away, and we have an auction to sell them off they will say this guy never used half of them. LOL
LOL, my justification would be, do I have to borrow money for it? No, Do I have to skip paying a bill to get it? No, Am I using my food money? No, Can I pay cash for it? Yes, I so would be there! :)
Do it, its an investment and you can resell it!
Well my husband has five guitars and two amplifiers that he enjoys. He does not complain.. in fact he wishes he could buy me a longarm machine... not in the cards for sure... but if we had the cash he would :) I am still looking to get a treadle machine or a long neck ... and an embroidery machine!!!
I have a kenmore, a domestic and two featherweights... |
