I order a lot of stuff from Craftsy on black Friday, and they forgot to send me one of my battings (I ordered 4) and they sent me two rulers that were on my wish list, but not on my order list. I chatted with them online about it, and they sent me the missing batting and told me to keep the rulers! I was quite surprised!
