IMHO which one you choose depends on the fabrics you're putting it with.

If the coordinating fabrics have bright white in them, then if you use the snow (milk white) it may look dingy. Or vice versa, if you use the white, and your coordinates have a creamy tone to them, it might make those look dingy.

I'm with Favorite Fabrics on that point. Color all depends on its 'surroundings'...the colors it is paired with, the lighting, everything around it.

If you don't know what you'll put with it yet, take a look at your stash. Are the whites, even those in prints with other colors, pure white or a milky white? What you have now will give you a very good idea of what you prefer and what you will probably buy in the future. Might help you decide which way to go. Then again, you could get a bunch of each. :D

Love, love, love the white contrast with the scrappy prints. Whatever you buy, you can't go wrong. Just show us what you make. ;)

I bought Kona snow for a 30's sunbonnet sue quilt I am making, but I didn't like how it looked against the 30's prints, kind of dulled them down if you know what I mean. So I bought kona white and I like that a lot better. I will save the snow for old-fashioned redwork type projects.
