KUDOS to OLFA's customer service
 

I recently purchased a new OLFA cutter from Joanns and received a dull blade. I contacted OLFA's customer service and they quickly sent out a new blade.:thumbup:

OLFA is a very good company. I'm glad they are showing their colors!

That's good to hear! With another posting about buying dull blades at Harbor Freight, it makes me wonder if there wasn't a really bad batch that went out all over the place. Good that Olfa stepped up to the plate.
