I've done pot holders and placemats in the past. Still contemplating on what I will do this year. Looking at maybe pillow cases or big round animal pillows for the grandchildren.
For my daughters still thinking on it.

Not up to planning for this year yet. But one year I bought on sale really nice cloth dinner napkins and embroidered a large last initial in the corner diagonally. I then made individual little individual Butter Pecan cakes, wrapped then in saran wrap and then wrapped them in the initialled napkin. The monogrammed napkin can be used year round as a bread basket cover.

I made a bunch of these for last Christmas, I put a check in the creatures mouth. They were a big hit, so I think I'll make some more this year. It's an Indygo Junction Pattern.

I think that would be a nice gift. You can send me one, also!

I thought I would make a woven basket for my husbands aunt that is 91 and lives alone. I plan on putting note cards, various birthday cards, anniversary cards etc in it along with some stamps. Not sure about the rest of the family. Better get going if it is going to be quilts!
