I like them both but I like the top one. So make them both but with different colors

This is my opinion as well.

Still #1 for me.

penski 03-21-2011 04:45 PM

#2 has my vote

It looks like it's about 50/50, but ultimately it's what YOU love! Either one, I think would be a beautiful quilt. Impossible for me to choose!!

stitchntimesewing 03-21-2011 05:16 PM

I like #2 the best. The corner stones are lovely.

smiles 03-21-2011 05:24 PM

I like #1 it's not as busy. Love the colors. Both are great.

LadyCougar 03-21-2011 05:32 PM

I still love #2 - I guess I love the extra color.

Nettie Phillips 03-21-2011 05:33 PM

Beth Dishong 03-21-2011 05:36 PM

I like #2 a little bit more than #1 it just has a lot more "pop" to it. Both are really nice though. Good color combo.

cowgirlquilter 03-21-2011 05:41 PM

My favorite is the second one, but they are both gorgeous!!!

so-sew 03-21-2011 05:44 PM

Blue Bell 03-21-2011 06:07 PM

#2 is my preference

Minister 03-21-2011 06:08 PM

No. 2although I like both!

Annz 03-21-2011 06:08 PM

#2 stands out so well.

Judebug 03-21-2011 06:08 PM

When you squint at both of them the values are more evenly dispersed across #2 but I like the simple framing of the blocks in #1. So if it were me, I'd blend those two ideas.

PKITTY1 03-21-2011 06:26 PM

Like both but the first looks more "modern" according to my new Quilter's World while the cornerstones, I agree, look sweet and soft.

juneayerza 03-21-2011 06:34 PM

Number 1 for me. I like the blocks better.

sewbizgirl 03-21-2011 06:47 PM

audsgirl 03-21-2011 09:03 PM

I find #1 much more interesting. It looks very pretty with the different fabrics in it.

grammysharon 03-21-2011 09:18 PM

They both would make beautiful quilts but my favorite is #2.

KSue 03-21-2011 09:23 PM

I like #2

Janquiltz 03-21-2011 09:43 PM

#2 like the effect of the smaller blocks framing the larger blocks.

Granny Coy 03-21-2011 09:46 PM

I choose number two I think it is interesting and beautiful without being "fussy".
