The dark is much more dramatic but I like the light also...not much help here.

I like the dark. It makes the quilt pop!

The light seems larger in overall size than the dark background, but I love the drama of the dark. I prefer the dark.

Definitely the dark---look how it pulls out all of the colors and it really looks like a stained glass window. Beautiful!
