I'll jump in here and change the subject a little. How about Bamboo batting? Has anyone tried it? I felt some at a quilitng expo. It was really soft.

Welcome from South Florida, never heard of soy batting, just poly, cotton, wool, and now bamboo. Good luck.

Not sure, but have used a blend of soy fiber yarn and wool yarn for my GD's knit hats. The yarn was wonderfully soft and smooth. Good luck!
